Review: Bioderma Atoderm Nutritive Nourishing Cream
Everyone knows the infamous product from Bioderma that I'm not going to mention in this post (I'll save it for another time) but I knew very little about the rest of the Bioderma skin care range. I picked up a few items while in Paris and this is the first one I am going to review for you.
I have very dry skin and this product is designed for dry to very dry sensitive skin. It is paraben free, fragrance free and hypoallergenic, all things that are desirable when I'm looking for a moisturiser. It contains Shea butter and Avocado extracts which soothe and repair, plus Vaseline and Glycerine which hydrate. The purpose of the cream is to restore the hydrolipidic film and return suppleness to the skin.
I followed my normal routine and applied to a thoroughly cleansed face. It sank into my skin almost instantly which I really liked. There was no residue left after a few seconds on my face or my hands. It is a great base for make-up and my skin felt soft all day. I'm looking forward to using this in winter when my skin is feeling particularly ravaged by the elements.
